The next stage that includes tendering and employing builders can make or break a project. Our range of tendering services includes: TENDERING PACK: Everything you need to successfully tender your project to upto four builders including tendering information, proforma agreements, proforma documents, UK recognised building contract and four sets of drawings. UNPRICED SCOPE OF WORKS : Every element of the building project itemised in a spreadsheet format. This enables the builder to price each individual item making it easier for you to compare prices. It is an established fact that builders quotations priced via a scope of works are more accurate. PRICED SCOPE OF WORKS: As above but with a separate scope of works that has been priced by us. An ideal method to compare the builders quotation against current UK proced indexes. DRAWINGS ON DISC: Unlike most other practices we are more than happy to release our CAD and PDF drawings onto CDROM for a small fee. Unfortunately we can only offer these tendering services for customers that have employed Plans 2 Improve for production of architectural plans.
