Before you commit to full architectural services we provide a full 2-4 hour home design consultation that includes advice on design, planning policy, construction, budget build costs and addign value to your home. We even produce hand drawn sketch design work including scaled plans and elevations while-you-wait. If you are unsure of whether to proceed with a home improvement project we can even offer some free telephone advice to assess the feasibility of your project.
			After the survey and design consultation we will have a very good idea of what your exact requirements are. We will then produce your computer generated architectural plans suitable for planning, permitted development and building regulation applications. Our plans are of an exceptional high quality and our service includes revisions to the drawings if required by the local authority. We will also amend the plans at no extra cost until you are 100% satisfied with the design.
			The final stage is to submit the plans together with forms, statements and certificates to your local authority. We can submit all forms of planning applications including permitted development certificate of lawfulness , full planning, conservation area and listed building consents. We also submit building regulation applications including full plans and building notices. Our submission service includes all forms, letters, printing and postage and any administrative revisions required by the council.
