Each stage takes you through the whole process one step at a time from inception right the way through to building regulations. We operate a pay-as-you-go fixed rate menu based fee system which means that you only pay for the services that you actually require.

We actually listen to your requirements and design a scheme that will enhance the value of your home without costing you a fortune. Sometimes build costs are not always a priority for consultants who charge on a percentage basis.

We take great pride in the quality of our designs and drawings. Quality plans will ensure that you receive accurate builders quotations and will prevent costly delays on site. Plans 2 Improve is also fully insured for all liabilities and professional indemnity and anyone that visits your home will be CRB checked.

Unlike other consultants Plans 2 Improve will revise your plans as many times as you like, within reason, until you are 100% satisifed with the design. In the unlikely event that your planning perrmission is refused we will discuss the design with the planners, revise the plans and re-submit the application completely free of charge.

We also understand that time is also an important issue so we always aim to provide
the initial planning drawings ready for your approval within approximately 14 days.
